If you are a first time buyer, here is some awesome news!
CDA has decreased their rate for a 30 year fixed rate to 3.5%. This is a 1% reduction from where it was!!
Also, the interest rate for the CDA Renovation (203(k)) loan has been reduced to 3%. It was 3.875%.
First time buyers can also get a DSelp loan for $5000 to help with the down payment and/or closing costs.
